Our annual maintenance and service agreement makes it easy for you to keep your unit(s) in top running order.
- Check Freon
- Oil Motors
- Clean drain
- Add algaecide to drain pan
- Clean or replace filters (filters not included)
- Check electrical connections
- Check amps
- Check evaporator coil
- Clean condenser coil (in place)
- Inspect thermostat
